R. Oxide of Zinc, one dram.
Mucilage of Quince Seeds, pre-pared with rose water, ten ounces.
Triturate together.
ASTRINGENT LOTION.
Lotio e Zinco et Cupro composita. (Au-gustin ; Ellis ; Swediaur ; Spiel-mann)

Sulphate of Copper, four grains.
Honey of Roses, one dram.
Lime Water, two ounces.
Mix. — It is recommended as an applica-tion to syphilitic ulcers. (Ellis ; Spiel-mann ; Swediaur)
