Tartarized Antimony, half a grain.Water, two pounds.
Mix. — Dose, a glassful every hour, till itpurges.

Subcarbonate of Magnesia,
one scruple.Syrup of Marshmallows,
one ounce and a halfChamomile Water, two ounces.
Mix. — Dose, a spoonful every two hours ;for children.

R. Water, containing thrice its volumeof Carbonic Acid Gas,
twenty ounces and a half.Sulphate of Magnesia, two drams.
Hydrochlorate of Magnesia,
eighteen grains.Dissolve. — It may be made stronger andmore like the natural water, by dissolvingfour drams of sulphate and thirty-six grainsof hydrochlorate in the same quantity ofacidulated water.

Wurceb. prescribes a solution of sixdrams of sulphate of magnesia, to be dis-solved in ten ounces of warm water. — El-lis — a solution of two ounces of sulphatein a pint of infusion of senna ; or, twoounces of the salt in a pint of warm decoc-tion of starch, to which an ounce of oliveoil is to be added.

Water, thirty-six parts.
Filter, and saturate the solution with
carbonic acid gas. (Suec.)
R. Sulphate of Magnesia, three parts.
Water, twenty-two parts,
Dissolve, and add
Solution of Carbonic Acid,
twenty-two parts.Mix. (Fenn. ; Van Mons)R. Water, three pounds and a half.
Sulphuric Acid diluted with
six parts of Water, ten drams.

three drams.Dissolve in a bottle filled only to twothirds. (Ratier)
