our Purfivantes of Armes whatfoever they be, or any of them, are byany Ceaflour, or Taxer afTeffed, or taxed to our Ufe and certified, or notcertified into our Exchequer, by any our Commiffioner, or Commiffio-ners, or our Affignes in any County, or Countys of this our Realmeof England, or Wales, and charged upon them, or any of them in our(aid Exchequer, although the laid Kinges of Armes, Herauldes, and Purfi-vantes of Armes, and every of them in the fame Certificate be certified,or not certified by their proper Names, and Surnames, with the Addi-cions of their Offices and Mynifteryes, And wee by the Advife and Con-fiait afòrefàid, doe freely give and grant by theile Prefents to the laid Kingsof Armes, Herauldes, and Purfivants of Armes, and to every of them,the laid Debts and Somes of Money, that are afTeffed, taxed, and put up-pon them, and every of them, without Accompt, Anfwere, or any otherThing to be yealded, paied, or done to us for the fame : Furthermore weeof our more habundant Grace, by the fame Advife and Conferì t, do bytheife Prefents grant, that as well the laid Chriflogher, Thomas, Gilbert, Leo-nard, Thomas, Bartelmenv, William, William, Laurence, Robert, Martin ,Edmond, Symon, William, Nicholas , Henry and Henry, that now are Kinges,and Herauldes of Armes, and diverfe other Purfivants of Armes that noware at this prefent, although they be not named expreß Iy in theife Prefentes,and every of them, as allò all and finguler other Kinges of Armes, He-rauldes, and Purfivantes of Armes, that hereafter fhalbe, as well in ourTime, as in the Times of our Heires, and Succeflors Kinges of Englandlhalbe cjuytt, difeharged, and exonerated for ever againft us, our Heires,and Succeflors, and their Executors, Adminiftrators, and every of them,as well of and for all and fingular Sommes of Money to us granted, andafTeffed, taxed, and put uppon the laid Kinges, Herauldes, and Purfi-vantes of Amies for the Releife afòrefàid, and alredy certified, and re-torned, or to be certified and retorned into our Exchequer, or not to becertified, and not retorned, as alfe) of all other Debtes, Sommes, and De-mandes of Money whatfoever they be, that hereafter fhalbe given, grant-ed, put, taxed, and afTeffed upon the laid Kinges, Herauldes, and Purfi-vants of Armes, that now are, or that Thereafter fhalbe, or any of themfor any Releife, Subfidie, Diefime, Fyftene, Quote, Benevolence, Guifte,Contribution, or any other Grants hereafter to be made to us, our Heires,Or Succeflors Kings of England, by Auólorytie of Parliament, or other-wife. And furthermore by theife Prefents, wee by the Advice and Con-fents afòrefàid, doe grant, that albeit the laid Kinges, Herauldes, Purfi-vants of Armes that now are, or the Kinges of Amies, Herauldes, andPurfivantes of Armes, that hereafter fhalbe, are not yet certified into ourExchequer by any Commiffioner or Commiffioners of this our Realme ofEngland, that now are, or that hereafter fhalbe, uppon the Releife afore-fàid granted to us as afòrefàid, or that hereafter fhall not be certified intoour Exchequer by their proper Names and Surnames, with the Addicionsof their Offices, and every of them uppon any other Releifes, Subfidies,Diefimes, Fifteenths, Quotes, Benevolences and Contribucions to be here-after given, and granted to us, our Heires, and Succeflors Kinges of En-gland, hereafter by Au&orite of Parliament or otherwife.
