And by thadvite and Content aforefaid, weewoll and by theife Pretents, do grant and command that our (aid Kings ofArmes, Herauldes, and Purfivants of Armes have theife Letters Patentesfealed, and delivered under our great Seale of England franckly and freely,without Fine, great Fee, òr little, to be paid, or yealded to us, or toour Ute in our Chauncery for the fame. That exprefte Mencion be notmade in theife Pretents of any other Grantes made by us, or any ourProgenitors to the laid Kinges of Armes, Herauldes, and Purfivantesof Armes, or of the very Certainty, or true Value of the Premiftes, orany Statute, Acte, Ordinance, Provifion, Reftraint, or Proclamacion here-tofore had to the contrary notwithftanding : In Witnefs whereof we havecaufed theis our Letters to be made Patents.
