ROSE-HONEY.

Hp A K E of dried red Rofe-buds, with theheels cut off, four ounces byweight.

Diftilled Water, boiling, threepints.

Clarified Honey five pounds byweight.

Macerate the Rofe-petals in the water forfix hours; then mix the honey with the ftrain-ed liquor, and boil the mixture to the thick-nefs of a Syrup.
