oꝑatiōe fundata eſt vna regulaque poſita eſt ſupra. ti. lxiij. in fine. ex qua ſequit̉ vna alia operatio ſeu officiū ipſiꝰ intellectus q̄eſt nobilior per quam homo magis adhuc differt a brutis. ſcilicet affirmare ⁊ negare Vnde nulla res inferior homīe poteſt affirmare vel negare. hoc auteꝫ eſt officiū ſolius intellectꝰ. ⁊ qꝛ dumhomo affirmat aliquid recipit illud et dicitur eſſe receptum dumeſt affirmatū quia per affirmareomnia intrāt intellectū ⁊ per nenegare refutant̉. ⁊ dum intellectus affirmauit. ⁊ ꝯceſſit vnumiā recepit illud ⁊ tenetur ⁊ obligatꝰ eſt dencc̄itate ad affirmandum ⁊ cōcedendū omnia que ſūtligata ⁊ coniūcta cum pͥmo affirmato ⁊ conceſſo que ſequūturad illud. Et ideo affirmare vel negareaffirmāt ⁊ ligāt ip̄m intellectū.et id̓o maximū periculū eſt affirmare vel negare hoc in illis rebuſque tangūt bonum vel malū hominis inqͣntū homo ē. ⁊ qn̄qꝫ hōcōfirmat hoc qd̓ eſt falſū ⁊ malūſuū ⁊ ad ſuā deſtructioneꝫ ⁊ negat illud qd̓ eſt veꝝ ⁊ bonū ſuūet ad ſuā ſaluationē. Ideo valdēvtile eſt ⁊ nccāriū omni hoī habere artē affirmādi vel negādi. vthomo ſciat quid debeat affirmare vel negare ſeu cōcedere vel refutare ⁊ ſic ſit certꝰ ⁊ nō dubius.Nō quidem vt hēat artē affirmādi vel negandi omnia ſed ſolumque pertinēt ad hominem inquātum homo eſt.
