PLATE XX. THE QUEEN.

JJeath, arrayed in the habits of folly, drags away violently thisyoung Princess, just as she is Coming* out of her palace to enjoythe pleasureof Walking. With terror painted in her countenance,she is making the air resound with mournful cries; the maid ofhonour, who accorapanies her, agitated with the most violentdespair, is imploring the aid of Heaven, whiie the buftbon ismaking vain efforts to defend her against Death, who holds alofthis glass, to shew that the fatal hour is come.
