Hp AKE of prepared Hog's Lard twopounds.

Rofe-water three cunces byineafure.

Beat the Lard with the Rofe-water untillthey are mixed; then melt the mixture with aflow fite, and fet it by that the water may fub-fide; after which, pour off the Lard fromthe water, conftantly ilirring untill it is cold»
