Electuary of Cassia.

'Tp A K E of the frefli extracted pulp ofCaflla half a pound.Manna two ounces by weight.Pulp of Tamarinds one ounce

by weight.Rofe-Syrup half a pound.

Beat the Manna, and diffolve it with aflow fire in the Rofe-fyrup; then add thepulps; and, with a contmued heat, evaporatethe vvhole to the proper thicknefs of an Elec-tuary.
