To prevent this Oil becoming feetid, and turn-ing yellow or black by the äccefs of the air, itmuß: be kept in phials, holding only a dram ortwo, filled füll, clofe ftopped, tied down, and pla-ced with their mouths in fand, or immerfed inwater.

This penetrating Oil is given, in dofes from tento forty drops, to adults, in fpafmodic cafes j andbefore the paroxyfm of intermittents, where greatdanger is apprehended from a return offuch parox-yfm.
