II» Provided always, and be it enactedby the aulhority aforesaid, That in case anysuch descendant of the body of bis late Ma-jesty King George II. being above the age of25 years, sball persist in his or her resolutionto contract a marriage, disapproved of, ordissented from, by the Iving, his heirs or suc-cessors, then such descendant, upon F givingnotice to the King's Privy Council, which no-tice is hereby directed to be entered in the booksthereof, may, at any time frona the expirationof 12 calendar months after such notice gi-ven to the Privy Council as aforesaid, con-tract such marriage, and his or her marriagewith the person before proposed and rejectedmay be duly solemnized, without the pre-vious consent of his Majesty, his heirs orsuccessors, and such marriage shall be goodas if this Act had never been made, unlessboth Houses of Parliament shall before theexpiration of the said 12 months, expresslydeclare their disapprobation of such intendedmarriage.
III. And be it further enacted, by theauthority aforesaid, That every person whoshall knowingly or wilfully presume to solem-nize, or to assist, or be present at, the cele-bration of any marriagö, with any such descen-
