This edition has twelvemore cuts than those of 1538 and 1542, and eleven morethan that of 1545, being, the soldier, the gamblers, thedrunkards, the fool, the robber, the blind man, the winecarrier, and four of boys. In all, fifty-three. Five of theadditional cuts have a single line only in the frames, whilstthe others have a double one. All are nearly equal in meritto those which first appeared in 1538.

This edition contains fifty-three cuts, and is precisely similar to the one describedimmediately before, except that it is entitled Icones, insteadof Imagines Mortis.

The verses at bottomof the cuts the same as in the edition of 1538, with similarones for the additional. In all, fifty-three cuts.
