The Prelate is the First Officerof the Order. It is his duty toadminister the Oath, and pronouncethe Admonition to all Knights GrandCross and Knights Commanders, attheir Investiture. 8 In all Ceremo-nials of the Order he wears a similarMantle to that of the Knights GrandCross. His Badge, which is sus-pended to the Ribband of the Orderfrom his neck, is that of a KnightGrand Cross, surmounted by anArchiepiscopal Mitre instead of aCrown. He may surround his Ar-morial Ensigns with the Motto andCircle of the Order. In all Proces-sions of the Order he is covered;and he is entitled to the same stationand consideration in all proceedingsof the Order, as a Knight GrandCross, the Mantle and Ensign ofBadge.
