Sir John Kerr, 3rd Duke of Roxburgh. Electedand Invested 28th November 1768. Elected aKnight of the Garter 3rd June 1801, but wasallowed to Retain the Order of the Thistle. Died19th March 1804.

Elected a Knight of the Garter in 1782,and Retained the Order of the Thistle. BecameSOVEREIGN OF THE ORDER on the 26thof June 1830.
