If the Proxy of a Stranger pafs in the Proceeding, whichthe Sovereign, his Lieutenant, or Commifljoners, maketo the Chapter-Hou/e, then for the moft pare he gives hisAttendance in the Prefence-Chamber, or in the Roomwhence the Lieutenant or Commiftloners proceed, gndthere joins himfeif thereto.
