King and his Heirs, and all Wrecks, Waifs, and StraysWere granted them. *

No Purveyance of Corn, Hay, Horfes, Carts, Car-riages, Victuals, or any Goods, Chattels, or any thingwhatfoever, Ihould be carried off by any of the King’sOfficers, upon their or their Tenants Land.

They were to be free from paying any Penfion, Cor-rody, or other Suftentation to be granted to theCrown.

They were to have free Warren in all their DemainLands wherefoever, and that altho’ they lay within theBounds of the King’s Foreft.

That they ihould enjoy for their Conveniency aweekly Market on JVednefday, at their Mannor of Evain Buckj, and Two Fairs to laft Eight Days, one on theEve and Feaft of St. Peter and St. Paul, and Two Daysafter the other, upon the Eve and Feaft of St. Pernad Vincula , and Two Days following.

That they ihould, in all their Lands have Socageand Sackage, Infangthef, Utfangthef, and View ofFrankpledge, with Thewe, Pillory, and Tumbrel forpunifhing Malefactors, and Power to ere£t Gallows up-on their own Soil for executing thofe apprehended mtheir JurifdiCtion.

They were to be exempt of all Suits and Pleas of theForeft, and of all Charges or Fees which the Officersofthe Foreft might demand, and from the Expeditationof their Dogs and Suits of Court there 5 as likewife allfrom Gelds, Bane Gelds, Knights Fees, Payments forMurder and Robbery, Building or Repairing of Bridges,Caftles, Parks, Pools, Walls, Sea Banks, Caufeways,and Inclofures j and of all Affizes, Summonfes, SheriffsAids, their Bailiffs, or Officers, bearing of Treafure,and all other Aids whatever; as alfo from the com-mon Afleflments and Amerciaments of the County, andHundred, and all AClions relating to them 5 they weredifoharged from the Payment of Ward-penny, Aver-penny, Tithing-penny, and Hundred-penny, and quitfrom Grithbreck, Foreftal, Homeloken, Blodwite,Wardwite, Hangwite, Fightwite, Leyrwite, Laftage,Pannage, Aflurt, and Wafte of the Foreft 5 fo that fusd 1Wafte be not committed in the Forefts, Parks, and
