Through more than 1700 photographs from the period 1905 to 1915, Erwin Quedenfeldt, a doctor of photochemistry, photographer and inventor, documented almost all the towns and villages on the Lower Rhine. From Angermund to Zons - almost all towns are represented. The photographs make it possible to dive into the everyday life of the people of the Lower Rhine more than 100 years ago.
